PROCESS 1:Collecting hair (Pet’s owner)
it is recommended to keep the hair that is usually left to groom your dog.
Or ask your pet groomer for the cut hair (which needs to be fluffed). You can use two brushes to place the hair on top and collect the fluffy bits.

After decide the product style, mail the hair to the company address.
The hairs will be cleaned and spun into threads, waiting to be made.
